Pathetic Service

Am just sick to my stomach due the service i received from MTN. When i applied for the contract i was assisted by a nice young lady but yesterday when i went to fetch the my phone she was off for the day. The guy was helpful (Mfuneka). The rest of the team were busy doing nothing i mean there was a lady by the name of Lungi who went to the salon for over 2hours and the store was full of customers. Another guy went to Dstv leaving a long queu of customers. Am now regreting to have taken the contract with them beacuse of what i witnessed yesterday. Two out of the whole staff now the meaning of work and providing service.
