Yesterday 01/08/2013 @ 14:30 I took my phone in for repairs to CRT in Constantia Kloof. When I got the I was assisted by a guy named Bertus. I handed my phone in and he said It would take hour or more, I said that was not a problem and I went to the shop around the Conner. I returned 30 min later and enquired from him about my phone and he but I told you it will be an hour or more I replied with I just wanted to find out the progress, he went to find out returning saying they are still busy which I was fine with. At about 15:45 I went to ask him again and his reply was he was busy I must please ask someone else, when I asked another lady she then could not find my phone anywhere, the phone had gone missing. she and the rest of the staff in store tried locating the missing phone. Bertus who had initially assisted me could not be bothered that the phone was missing. They eventually found the phone at 16:15. I do think that he does not fit into the store as everyone else there is very welcoming and helpful. Due to my experience I'm not sure Samsung hires the correct people to face customers, this was a terrible customer experience.
