Please get someone to contact me to cancel this account, you have made it near impossible to get through to your call center, I gave up after a hour.

Fault logged get closed when nothing is done, and I've paid for a full month of a service that can't be used, hellopeter and twitter ignored.

This for a HTTP download on a 10MB account is unacceptable: 7.0 KB/s - 930 KB of 702 MB, 1 day left

For the last week my 10MB account has been performing worse than dial-up, running at less than 10% of capacity during the day, and only peaking in the very early hours of the morning.

I'd like to know whats going on, I cannot be expected to pay almost R1000 per month for someting that runs at 10%.

PLEASE NOTE: This is not specific to my account, MANY users are reporting the same thing on mybroadband - there is nothing wrong with my line, as has been tested multiple times by Telkom over the past couple of years, the problem is ALWAYS on your side.
