Misleading agent

Got a call from elite mobile, selling me a package that would only cost me R49/pm.so imagine my shock when i looked at my bank statement i see that they have debited R102, no airtime given to me.i want to cancel this as i was misled by your agent, not truthful when selling me this! why would i agree to pay R102 only to get R29 airtime?? utter nonsense! what am i gaining in this?? i want this cancelled immediately, i can't believe you are allowed to operate in this misleading manner!! i want nothing more to do with you people!
