MTN system of sim swap is not helping anyone at all. I wanted to do my simswap they asked me for the three numbers that I call daily and the phone that I used when I first registerd my simcard i.e really. Anyway I tried to answer most of the questions and the lady told me that sorry but she cant help me as the system is kicking me out. I've been a loyal MTN client for may years but when I ask for a little favour to do a somswap the sysyem is kicking me out. Now I had to update my CVs my baking details as a result of this. #Not Happy at all MTN!!!
