Another Example Of Telkom Poor Service Delivery

Our company ADSL has been out of order for the last eight days. The fault was reported through the correct channels on 27th November 2013 (ref no 298CRK271113). After numerous calls and poor attitude from Telkom personnel we STILL have not had the problem resolved. I have tried to reach people in authority at Telkom which proves impossible. Numbers contacted either are not answered or " this number does not exist".
