I have escalated a repair query as I believe the manufacturer's warranty should not have been voided (I supplied official statements around this gray area).
My original email was sent on the 27th and I immediately received an automated response stating that I would receive feedback within 24 hours, reference code EC-ZHAZ-2Q6GVB. On the 29th I wrote again to ask whether there is any feedback. I still haven't heard back. It's now a full week later.
