What must we do to recieve notification?

I hate standardbank level not delivering service!!! our business account we cant make transferes we dont recieve sms notification hence i have opted to open with a fnb because they know what their doing and have the best technology ever

my business partner went to protea glen to request them to set the limit for transfer and was told its done also requested the sms notification and was told its done but that never happened!!! i hate it when big bank are so unprofessional and hire people who dont know what they are doing please fix my limit immediately and sms notification . im glad i opened another business acount with fnb or else i would be always frastated
