No Internet for 3 days & after that all my bundles

I experienced a network problem from Saturday and i was told its a problem to all 8ta customers. When it came back on Tuesday all my data bundles vanishes. I always buy the promo bundles for R149 which always last me a month. And I remember clearly i had about 400MB.
