After months of trying to cancel my contract since May with the call centre, I eventually complained on 8 Oct on Hellopeter on the extremely shocking service and blatant dishonesty in subscribers.

I was refunded a few days later for one month after 2 additional payments went off, regardless of my complaint of advising them 1month before the contract expired.
Having received confirmation of the contract being cancelled finally in October, suddenly at the end of November another payment was deducted! Needless to say, my bank charged me R90 extra for not having sufficient funds on the day in that account. So who pays for this unexpected payment Virgin?
Having seen similar complaints this past week alone, I can only say that you guys are.
No sorry the last time, no offer to make up on your gross incompetence. I feel like laying a charge at the Police.
