I purchased a Cell C sim card (Cell C number 0612425009) on 3/12/2013 @ 16H55, it was activated @ 17H01 and I recharged with 7 x R 100.00 vouchers between 17H08 - 17H11 where after I proceeded to convert the airtime into data bundles between 17H13 - 17H16, unfortunatly I realised I had been purchasing the incorrect data packages. These are for 12am - 6am - I will not be using this... I immediately called customer support to request them to correct this for me, I was told that a supervisor will call me back before 18H00. At 18H20 I called customer support again and finally got to speak to a supervisor (Jason Plada) I was informed that there is nothing they can do to rectify my situation which is not acceptable - as a consumer I feel I had contacted them in a reasonable time from purchasing the bundles, and being told they cannot accommodate me by combining my remaining airtime with the money already spent for the package I require.
