I ordered a phone online from mtn and the girl who assisted me was Danell. my contract was approved after a few days n i was told that i will get my phone on the coming monday. the driver brought my phone on the monday at work and could not get hold of me as i was in a meetng at the time. he then and said that i was not at work because he did not wait for me. the following day (tuesday), he did not pitch at all, he then again and said that i was not at work. i got the phone on the wednesday only to find that the phone is faulty. i then called the contact centre and they told me to take the phone to any mtn store. i took the phone to Simmonds and Carlton centre and both the stores turned me away because "they do not have the resources to assist me with my problem". i told danell and she said that she will send a driver to come and get the phone yesterday and im still waiting for it to be picked up... im not pleased at all with the service that im getting from mtn and i want it sorted out immediately. i demand a brand new phone as i have not even used this dummy that they gave me. please speed this process up. regards...
