Afrihost not working as it should

I joined Afrihost after a recommendation from a friend. Knowing that they use MTN, I first checked the coverage. Where I stay, I can even get LTE, so I assumed it wouldn't be a problem on the 3G.

From day 1, I am struggling with the download speed. I once tried to do a download test, but after a few minutes waiting for the page to open, I decided to leave it.

I phoned and complained, and their response is that either the tower where I am, is congested, or that I am in a bad spot in my house, but all the lights are green on that Mifi thing.

I have resorted in putting the MTN simcard in my old CellC dongle, that seem to work better, but still not the download speed I was hoping for.

I think I am going to cancel this, as it is just a frustration.
