I hate the fact that when one contacts afrihost support via email, someone answers you, but when you reply, your support question gets answered by someone else. Numerous times I have had to re-explain what the problem is because the new person dealing with it does not know what the first person did.

I have been trying for a week to transfer a domain and still nothing. Everytime I email to ask about it, I get a new answer. We have cancelled it, please do this, please do that.

MY MAN, have one person deal with one problem and get it sorted.
