I have a contract for my wife, which amounts to average R800.00 p.m which can not be afforded, obviously they are not in line with the NCA National Creit Act SA, how could they have given this contract... but yes that was 2 years ago, luckily the time came for an upgrade, so firstly I have upgraded and changed this to TopUp 99 contract, any humanbeing will note that there's a major difference in this two contracts, and obviously one has your reasons for changing to contracts that you can afford, by the way they call it affordability (just explaining to Vodacom, it's very unusual terms to them). Anycase I upgraded end Sept in order to have the last payment of R800 due end of Oct'13 ..I was promised the phone to be delivered the next day, the phone arrived on 10th Oct'13, which I havent even complained about, I was just to glad to know we got rid of the ridicioulesly high evreyday120 sub. Nevertheless after the end of Oct'13 I went online to check if the contract profile is now reflecting correct, and NO it did'nt Vodacom took out a new contract!!! so now there's 2 and still the other contract is debited everymonth... I have spoken to 11 consultants including senior managers..
