Double Debit on Card Payment

I made a purchase at Flowerspot on Thurs, 17/1/13 & when trying to pay by card, it there was some sort of communication error with the card machine. The teller tried again the 2nd time & assured me it didn't go through the first time. The payment went through on the second attempt & I left. I noticed the same thing had happened to the lady standing at the till next to me & she was also assured they payment didn't go through twice.
When I checked my bank account on Friday, 18/1/13, I saw the debit card payment had in fact gone off twice. I phoned Flowerspot & spoke to Mamta in Accounts. She said the bank will see the double payment & should reverse it in 48 hours. If nothing happens, then I must send her copy of the receipt etc to [Email Removed] I waited more than 48 hrs & by the 25th, nothing had been returned to me.
I sent the email with attachments on 25/1/13, requesting that she acknowledge receipt & give me feedback. Had no reply. I sent the email again on 29/1/13 & again, no reply. I know the email has be received & opened - I have received Read Receipts for both emails.
I would like my money & related bank charges refunded - no more waiting. Feedback would be nice
