SAY NO TO 8ta

I have been called by 8ta more than 2 years ago telling me about an awesome deal you get 100 free minutes to any number. when I eventually got it its 15 minutes to any number and then the rest to 8ta numbers which I know no one that has 8ta. Eventually I made peace with it but now that the contract expired it still comes off my account. I filled in a document to cancel it but yet It still goes off. I really dont even have reception with 8ta in my town so It a bunch of useless stuff. I have mailed them if im not mistaken 25 times and also called them 5 times and sent them cancelation 4 times but still. so guys do not get 8ta bad service bad reception not even a nice phone.
