Stuck without a phone AGAIN!

I am someone that has allot of patience when it come to service delivery and feedback.
I have been with MTN for well over 10 Years, never have i had any problems with any of my Cell phones until now. I have had really bad luck with the new Blackberry Z10 in the last 6 months. 6 weeks ago i sent my Z10 in because it just died on me, apparently its the norm, yesterday i received a "NEW" Z10 thinking all is good, but to my dismay this "NEW" Z10 does exactly the same and they will need to send it in AGAIN!!! Now tell me, if this takes another six weeks it means that i will be without a phone for three months in total!!! the only response i get is sorry. It does not fix the problem. i am paying for something i don't have. You telling me MTN do not have any contingency plans for this type of thing. What must i do now? revert to the stone age of having no communication aids? I don't want another Blackberry Z10 piece of, if i don't receive a new phone of my choice with an updated contract i will cancel and move to Vodacom.

I await your response as i feel this is totally unacceptable. Now i must put my mobile number in at the bottom...
