MY ORIGINAL COMPLAINT - STILL UNRESOLVED AFTER GIVING THEM ALL THE DETAILS THEY ASKED FOR... WHY BOTHER ASKING ME TO FILL OUT ALL THIS IF IT'S GOING TO GET IGNORED ANYWAY??

My MTN contract phone has SUCH baaad signal!!!

WhatsAp takes forever to send messages.
If I'm speaking with someone it loses signal no matter where I am. In the south of Joburg at work or home it's really ridiculous and seems IT'S GETTING WORSE BY THE DAY!!!
I was speaking to THEIR CONSULTANT and she had to call me back EIGHT TIMES. RIDUCULOUS!!
