Can someone please give me feedback on an order!

I phoned 10210 to follow up on an adsl line upgrade - My order number is 76120070
and am told that the line is activated and ready to use, The call gets cut so I phone back to be told by another person that the order is incomplete and I need to wait for an sms before it will be complete, It would be helpful if all the staff at Telkom gave you the same feedback but instead you get two different answers from two different people so it leaves me to wander "what IS the status of my order??? "
And I am a new customer - having second thoughts already!
Not a very good first impression at all.
Lets hold thumbs that I hear something soon!
