Ongoing fault for 2 weeks and then ignored

On the 19th of November, around about the time everyone got 4mbit upgrades, I had an issue where my line was completely unstable and at most times completely unusable. I logged a fault, that eventually disappeared and nothing was done, not even a call from Telkom to see if it's actually working or not, or if, whatever they did, if anything, had any effect on the problems resolution. Then on the 25th November I logged the fault again, to which I was told the dslam is congested and they will move me onto the new imax, this supposedly started on Thursday the 28th. I was told by them, they are busy doing it now and it will 100% fix it. From then on, til now, my phone line as well as dsl line has been dead. With absolutely no feedback from Telkom. I was told a bunch of from several reps that they are busy with it. Then today, 2nd December, it's day 5 and nothing has changed, instead I got told that the technician actually didn't even do anything and they 'don't know' what happened. I post on the social facebook wall, and I get zero response, it goes ignored. I keep getting told they will give Feedback, but it just does not ever happen. Going into 6 days no service now, no response.
