I reported that my access to their site has been blocked on Tuesday 26/11/2013, and I was informed by someone that they will get back to me within 24hrs, it is now Monday 02/12/2013 and I have not had joy from the Servicie provider, all I got from them was a reference, number and when one calls to ask for feedback, you end up holding for more than half an hour without your call being answered
