I was provided with status of account, data bundle available, but contract call balance of minutes - a secret.
Utilising the provided information, made decisions on whether to download music and upgrade iPhone and took recent used data into consideration. I then used service allowing purchasing data bundles via mobile *100# - this is usually instant and used before.
I then proceed to purchase backup data, downloaded music, upgrade, etc., all in allocated data scope identified. Then the sting - SMS to say Sorry even though you have purchased data like this many times, you are no longer allowed to. Oh, and the 300mb displayed on your phone, actually didn't exist. So, the 80MB upgrades you did on the iPhone and the 2 discounted CD's you purchased - BOOM! R900 gone - off your credit card - just like that. But wait there's more! When you call to complain 2X you spend time explaining the course of events to their Customer SERVICE? Centre, in detail, she captures and reads: "Customer's internet doesn't work" you correct she not. 3 calls later ZERO no call back, nothing just Sms that budget for Christmas is GONE! Hope yours is merry.
