Blackberry not working

I purchased a new Blackberry 084 954 6932 on contract. After receiving this phone it was found to be faulty in many ways. It was returned before 7 days. I have not received a loan phone. I have now waited 3 weeks and still do not have a phone! I now wish to cancel this contract.
