Cell C Service Centre Pathetic!

I have been insured on C Surance since August 2013. Towards the end of October/ early November my iPhone 5 fell out of my bag and the screen was smashed. I duly called C Surance the next working day as it was already 5pm and opened a claim for accidental damage. I then took the phone into the Cell C branch in Benoni and it was handed in to be sent to the Cell C Repair Centre. 4 weeks later I received an SMS from Cell C saying my phone was ready for collection at Lakeside Mall. When I went to collect the phone I saw the screen was STILL smashed and that NOTHING had been done. I also had not received any phone calls, emails or smses to advise me why it had not been repaired. I refused to take back my phone and the Lakeside Branch promised to send it in again that Monday. On Monday my husband was contacted by the branch and they assured him they would contact him with any further info and the phone was sent in again. I called C Surance on - Tuesday and they advised they needed my pin for my I Cloud account which I duly provided. On Thurs I received an SMS saying my phone was ready, but when I went to fetch it Sat AGAIN NOTHING had been done. We were not even contacted to explain why!
