2nd phone with same probleme

I send my firts blackberry for repairs at the end of October and got another blackberry back that showed it was charging but it does not charge so I took it back and they send it away to the advance repair center for a 2nd time and when I got another phone back it still had the same problem. It looks like it is charging but it does not charge. I had my phone on the charger the whole night but the battery was not fully charged infact it did not even increase. I think this is bad service I have to pay BIS but do not even have a BB to use the service.
