Mira Networks
Mira Networks my R90 airtime

Telecommunications

Hello. On the 13-09-2013 Stormy Alerts which is operated by Mira Networks BigMobi claim that I activated their R10 daily service which I beg to differ. On the above-mentioned date I visited their service to check their chat service. It asked my cellphone number which I entered. After I realised that their service charges R10 daily I didn't click a button to agree their Terms and Conditions so I logged out. On the same date of the 13th they sent me an advertising message for their Stormy Alerts, at the end of their message it said, "To enter reply YES to cancel send STOP to 44539 which I did on the 14-09-2013. Mira Networks dispute this by saying there was no way I could have sent that STOP reply as they claim I had no airtime (what a foolish argument), they base argument on the point that they tried unsuccesfully to their R10 daily service on my airtime. I sent that STOP reply because it was charging R1.50. I've tried unsucessfully to persuade and demand my R90 airtime from Mira Networks but it refuses to cooperate with me. Logic dictates that if I had accepted their Terms and Conditions I would have enjoyed to use their service on a daily basis but I had never used it.
