Hi,
I reported a line that was down about a week ago, and it has been that way for about a month... Thats all good and well, i understand you dont know there is a problem untill i formally report it.
The fault was reported online, which was working at the time, i put my number in there, received a sms etc etc. Basically no one called me, some random technician rocked up at my house and spoke to my gardener whom lives on the property - This is where it gets exciting - he calls the owner, me, on my telephone line that is down??
Anyways this goes on and he eventually on ANOTHER day calls my wife (the alternative number) who is in a meeting and obviously cant take the call. He doesnt leave a message with his details or anything like that, no no no... he just leaves. I then get a message stating the line has been restored and everything should be fine, but if there is a problem i should call 10212 (which doesnt exist)... Where is the organization?
If i am a technician, ill devide everything up by area and call the clients to let them know i will be coming... surely there should be some game plan?
