Debited m account 8 times what it should have been

I checked my bank statement to find that i was charged approximately 8 times what my account should have been debited for. I call a consultant and she says its out of contract data which has been charged to the tune of 3k. I told her that the 3g modem in question is off and i haven't used it in 3 months as i never get 3G reception off the card.

She says i will have to wait 14 days for an investigation? So they can just take money as they will but a correction will take that long? Utterly disgusted!!!

I told her to check the usage for the last few months and confirm... she couldn't even do that! So now i'm not only being charged monthly for something of below par service I get additional mystical cost added!!!
