No service on business line for 1 week

My telephone line went down on 25th January. This machine operates the card machine. A fault was initiated and a ref 133CNK25012013 for line 0312662482 was obtained. Daily calls on repair only response is matter is being escalated or given priority but 1 week and no service. furthermore a a line on the switchboard goes down now 2 days and still no resolution on that number??
