Unacceptable resoultion to issues!

Telecommunications

Despite having data limits (R300) and a total cellphone account limit of R 1600 in place for years, I received an account of R5700 for the time period of 15th October to the 15th November 2013.

To date, I am yet to receive a rational explanation from someone in the know as to how this is possible to have occurred.

The vast majority of this amount over and above the account limit that is in place was made up of data charges which fell into a time period of less that 24 hours. (GPRS usage while I was asleep)

To date I am still being made responsible and held liable for this ridiculously high monthly cellphone account - for something I had no control over.
