USELESS - NO SERVICE AT ALL

Trying to change contact details for my company. After been transferred to 6 or 7 different people, i have still had no luck. Now been told i need to go into my nearest telkom branch to change a cell phone number on our account. Why bother having a customer service department if you cant assist anyone on the phone???
