I applied for a new contract with Telkom and as i now see, this was a HUGE mistake. When we got there, the staff were busy moaning about each other and i was told that i would hear the next day, well the next day i went and no luck, and then the next and the next, and when i call they don't answer, they are useless.
I am going to get a phone with a different company now, or at least a different branch, because these people!
