It has taken autopage over 6 months to resolve a problem. Elon whom had promised to get my matter resolved hasn't instead resorted to ignoring my emails and calls in trying to resolve this matter. To date autopage is still billing me incorrectly and no one seems to know how to fix the mattter. Been engaging with Elon for over two months with no solutions! Instead of a lot of false promises on getting this solved! December 18th all I got was an sms that said "there has been a reconcile account request ref: A1312184938 and will be processed within 24 working hours." Nothing after! Should my line be locked becoz of autopage failing to fix this problem - I will terminate my contract with immediate effect! This is ridiculous n has been going on unresolved for too long!
