I OPENED A NEW CONTRACT WITH AUTOPAGE AT THE BEGINING OF JUNE, I HAVE HAD ENDLESS ISSUES WITH MY PHONE AND LINE. I WAS UNABLE TO USE MY MOBILE FOR 1 FULL WEEK DUE TO A BAR THAT WAS SET ON MY ACCOUNT. I WAS PASSED FROM PILLAR TO POST AND EVENTUALLY THE BAR WAS REMOVED AFTER I GOT A NEW SIM CARD THAT COST ME R110 AND SEVERAL CALLS AND VISITS TO THE STORE. I THEN GET A MESSAGE THAT MY LINE IS LOCKED 2 WEEKS AFTER THIS, AND I AM UNABLE TO USE ANYTHING ON THE PHONE. I CALL THE CALL CENTRE AND ITS UNBARRED JUST 30MIN LATER ITS BARRED AGAIN. I CALL HEAD OFFICE THE NEXT MORNING AND AM TOLD THAT THERE IS A OUTSTANDING BALANCE OF R778 BUT THE ACCOUNT IS ON A DEBIT ORDER AND I ASKED WHERE THE STATEMENT IS AND IM TOLD THERE WERE SOME TECHINAL PROBLEMS, SO THEY HAVE TECHNICAL PROBLEM AND I GET LOCKED FOR THIS... VERY VERY BAD SERVICE.. I DO NOT SUGGEST AUTOPAGE FOR ANYONE LOOKING AT A NEW CONTRACT. VERY BAD SERVICE SEEMS AS THOUGH NO ONE KNOWS WHAT IS GOING ON AT AUTOPAGE!!!
