Infrasructure overloading vodacom

I use to have cellphone and Internet service at my house in Secunda
For the last year It just got worse.
I, m a specialist doctor with patients in intensive care- but for last year I struggle to communicate with the hospital. Calls get dropped all the time. It drives me crazy. I've lodge my complain numerous times with customer care service. I even had a visit from the head technician Fondile in August who confirm bad signals and promised a improvement. It just got worse! ( Telkom has got no landlines available as a alternative) I can only use internet at work (Vodacom contract too) I feel cheated and frustrated. Nobody comes back to me! I have a cellphone contract with vodacom
