I called into mweb today 28th November 2013 to query what ever happened with a adsl line transfer to mweb I had requested. Dealt with Michelle Davids over the telephone from the sales department. From the word go I was addressed with such courtesy and eagerness to address the 2 questions I had phoned in about.

Gave me explanations as to what was going on, what procedure was going to be filed next by her and that Michelle Davids would contact me regarding the confusion once addresses with Telkom where the problem lays in terms of billing that's restricting the transfer at the moment.

It was such a pleasure dealing with such an efficient person.
Big ups to Michelle Davids for the service.
