Late

I ordered a Cellphone on Monday (25th), and I have been phoning every day to check on the order, they keep telling me that the stock will arrive later that day and that they will send it off. Yesterday on Oranges Twitter account they said that the stock had arrived. So I phoned again today to check up on it, they now say the stock is due to arrive tomorrow (29th)

What is the deal here? I keep getting different stories.
