MTN Direct useless

On the 18th November I upgraded my MTN contract through MTN Direct and requested Iphone 5S, they delivered the phone with the incorrect SIM card, the next day I called MTN Direct, they promised for 2 days to call me back, on day 3 I was informed I could only speak to the the sales lady called who assisted me originally and she was only coming to work later. Finally she called and after I explained she said she'd call me back. On day 5 after numerous calls from my side, being transferred from department to department, explaining the same story over and over again she called back and said I'll have to go and buy one and they'll credit my account, I told her it is not acceptable, the idea of MTN direct is for comfort, I told her that if not resolved by the end of day 5 she could cancel my contract and collect her phone, she again said she'll call me back, I'm still waiting on day 11 for them to resolve this!! The whole episode is going to cost me a fortune in calls and being put on hold for 30 min at a time! I have 5 Vodacom lines that is expiring which I intended to move over to MTN which I now will not do! More than 15 years with MTN and this is what you get!
