They are doing us a favou

The service at MTN Airways Park is appaling. Whenever you need to go there, they are totally disinterested in you. They treat us as if they are doing us a favour to be there. Yesterday, I needed a LTE micro sim card and they were out of stock. There is always something going on there finding a reason why thy cant help their customers. They are ignorant of MTN offers and have no idea or way of checking them out. Wlhen I asked several weeks ago about an MTN offer on a Apple 5 phone, they could not give me the information. When I ask that they check on the internet, they said that they have no internet access.
I know we pay at Corporate reduced tarriffs, but this shop is run like a charity shop and not a business.
