My reference:7410110273087. i applied for a loan lat Friday. on monday i was pre-approved for R6500 pending documents. i sent those documents in. On Tuesday the offer was dropped to R3000. he had to re-sign and resubmit another set of documents. then it the one sms and e-mail not even matching. I sent and e-mial to kim telling her what i tought of their bisniss. this morning i got an e-mail to say that the offer drop to R1500 - i have to re-sign and re-send the documents again. No man, this is not how you do busniss! you check a clients profile and documents and then tell the customer how mush they qualify for. after this you sign docs and over and done with the deal. What is wrong in this company???
