Worst experience ever!!

On the 10th Of June I went to PostNet to send a parcel to a friend in Slovenia. I asked the guy to explain to me my options for sending it to Slovenia and was informed that I can only send through DHL. After asking multiple times if there was no other options a lady working there finally got up and came to assist. She had a very bad attitude saying that they can make the parcel even more expensive if I don't like their DHL prices. I stood in shock and asked again if there was no other service (like normal slow post). She then finally said that I can post via registered mail (still not even mentioning normal slow post). I asked her what the difference was and she said the only difference is that the registered mail will take a lot longer but I will still be able to trace the parcel. So I settled for the registered mail. On the 13th of June the parcel was not available for tracing and after phoning them she said they stop tracing parcels after its reached export clearance in Jhb. She never mentioned this to me in our conversation even when I repeatedly asked her if I would be able to trace the parcel. The parcel never reached my friend and overall this was a VERY VERY bad experience.
