I have a huge problem now with Vodacom ever since I took a contract with them last, I have encountered serious problems. I've been phoning them time and again, 1st they said they were charging me for a debit order that bounced while I had money in my account. 2nd time I phoned made arrangements to debit the connection fee, I phoned yesterday because I saw that the debit order didnt go off, only to find that they captured the wrong banking account number, instead of 407 they captured 409 & thats why it didnt debit my account, I'm so off now because the lady I spoke to yesterday night said she fixed it and was going to resubmit the debit order and now my phone has been blocked for what I dont know, I am not going to pay the unblocking fees or any charges because its not my fault, I am not going to pay for other peoples mistakes, I dont know what to do now, I know Iam not your platinum client but I dont deserve to be treated like trash. I have been with Vodacom for 3yrs now, but I regret each and every moment that I'm with them. I wont be charged for any fees because its not my problem if you have people who does what they pleases as employees, they told me they made notes an
