Waiting 3 weeks for a phone

I ordered a Samsung S4 Mini from Nashua Mobile through their service provider Smartworks on the 18th of September 2013 after THEY called ME. I am still waiting for that phone 3 weeks later. These people do not even call me to give updates on what is causing the delay. I have been calling the Nashua call centre daily to ask what is going on and the agents keep telling me they will investigate and call me back. But they don't.

This is very frustrating and unprofessional. The worst part is that this is a contract so unfortunately for me
I can't just take my business elsewhere because I want to honor the contract.

This is an unacceptable way to treat customers!
