Samsung S4 falls advertising
I took my S4 in to Nashua mobile where I got my S4 the phone has dropped and the screen cracked.
Samsung advertised so many times that you have a two year warranty on the screen and they will repair it twice in the two years. I was so bragging to all my IPhone friends about this. When I took my cell in yesterday to Nashua mobile where I got it I was first asked if I had insurens and when I told them (they should know) about the S4 guarantee they said I can book my cell in and it could take anything from 30 days to 6 months. I am on my way to the UK for a business trip Friday and need phone I was offered an old Black berry (if I wanted one I would have had one) but had to pay for n sum swap as the S4 takes the small sim.
Well Samsung this is bad I will book my phone in. I am on my way now to go get an IPhone now hope they are not so full of empty promises. As for Nashua mobile if I could I would cancel my contract NOW.
