I've recently taken out a data contract with 8ta and the 1st month of payment 8ta decides to debit my account late which was on 5th september, meaning that i automatically became a slow payer. Then again 8ta decides not to debit for october, handing me over to debt collectors. This is totally unacceptable. There is so reason why you could have not debited.as i did'nt change payment options. I want this resolved and debt collectors off my back. Your billing department more than the service. I want my name cleared or i will cancel. Im so disappointed.
