Cell C
Poor service

On 26 November 2013 I went to Cell C at the Ridge Shopping Mall in Shallcross. I wanted to purchase a black speed stick modem with 24 Gig of data for twelve months.

Cell C at Chatsworth Centre quoted me R 1599. Cell C in Pavillion quoted me R 1599. Cell C at the Ridge Shopping Mall in Shallcross quoted me R 1999. I queried the difference in price, but was informed by the store manageress that the other two stores are quoting me a wrong price.

This store in question has a bunch of illiterate and incompetent staff. I had to go to the store on several occasions to get a price. Instead of phoning the other stores to confirm the price, they phone another illiterate Gordon Chinsamy who also confirms that both stores are quoting a wrong price.
