We moved into our new home in May and since then we have reported the slow internet speed a number of times. when I try to install programmes or download mail, things that should take a few minutes take over an hour. I work from home and am on the computer all day, and I cannot even do my work anymore. This morning I have been waiting over an hour for four emails to download. This seems slower than when we had dial up modems a number of years ago. The ADSL speed in the area where I used to live (Newcastle) was much faster than this.
Each time I report it Telkom tells me the internet is fine (it is working but barely). What am I supposed to do now?
