Our famous TELKOM - Our telephone lines and ADSL lines have not been working since 19th November 2013, and all they have to say is that the cables were and that they have to follow a process, never mind the fact that I run a business and have staff to pay at the end of the month. I spoke to the cal centre manager yesterday - Faneka Qali and she promised to come back to me - hahaha still waiting - no response. We phoned again today and they once again told us the same story and said that they would escalate the query.. ITS NOW TIME FOR NEW SERVICE PROVIDERS AS ITS CLEAR THAT TELKOM CANNOT COPE!!!
