Vodacom didnt keep their promise

In arch I did complain about vodacom network back at home Butterworth, they did call my father said to him they will contact him by the 15th April. Never happen, he called customer care again. They ask him same question that were asked by Gugu from East London who did travel to my home. But he never came back to him til today. And even those they promise after complain nothing.
